• I have never had semi-nude or nude photos or footage taken of me
• I will have lived in Texas at least 3 months prior to the pageant or am currently a full time student in Texas

I understand that as soon as I submit this application and initial payment, the Miss Texas USA organization automatically makes the necessary plans for my participation in the pageant. Therefore, if I should drop out of the pageant, there will be no refund of the initial payment, nor for any fees paid subsequent to the initial payment. All fees paid are not transferable.

Upon registering for the pageant, I understand all paperwork, entry fees, payment for optional services, etc. are due by the deadline date communicated by the pageant office. Deadline dates are subject to change per the discretion of the pageant office. Failure to meet deadlines may result in late fees.
